Watch for our new restaurant “kalais” opening soon in Belleville, ON. The name was inspired by the gaelic word Ceilidh (kay lay) meaning an EastCoast Kitchen Party, a very popular event in the East Coast where friends share an evening of food, drink and music. Kalais will feature an authenic East Coast menu with all seafood items from Atlantic Canada.
