Maritime Lobster Express, located in Ontario, Canada is owned and operated by a Maritimer who knows the quality of fresh seafood. A passion for fresh seafood was what prompted her to launch Maritime Lobster Express early in 2004. "I grew up surrounded with the bounties of the ocean. I know what it is like to be away from the Maritimes and have that crustacean craving that can only be satisfied with fresh Atlantic lobster, the tastiest in the world! "

In Maritime language “fresh seafood” does NOT mean : seafood on display or held in small glass holding tanks for an undetermined period of time; nor does it mean flash frozen, ocean-steamed, pre-cooked, canned, boxed, pickled, bottled, packaged or processed in any unnatural way. It implies a minimal period of time between the product leaving the ocean and being available for consumption.
