Once we receive and confirm your order and pricing (including shipping), we will forward a Paypal invoice. Once payment is received, your order will be shipped and we will provide order tracking information.
Priority courier orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday for arrival Tuesday through Friday. If you are ordering using priority cargo for the weekend, assure your order is in by noon on Wednesday. Your order will be shipped to your civic address assuming the carrier ships to your area overnight. If your address is not in an overnight priority zone we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. Air Cargo orders are shipped daily to arrive same day.
A tracking number for your delivery will be emailed to you. This allows you to track your parcel along its route to a civic address. Someone “MUST” be present to receive your package.
Some delivery delays are beyond our control such as extreme weather conditions, in these events you may not get your package on time. We recommend placing your order to allow delivery one day prior to when you plan to serve your seafood. If your order is fresh lobster, do not open the box until you are ready to cook the lobsters or keep the live lobsters refrigerated. Do not place live lobsters on ice or in fresh water, either is lethal to live lobster.
